Resonant Holistics
Deep Bodywork – Trauma Release, Emotional Healing & Energetic Restoration
Not all pain is held in the conscious mind. Sometimes, the imprint of past experiences lives on in the body — in chronic tension, restricted movement, emotional holding and patterns of protection that persist long after the original experience has passed.
Through deep therapeutic touch, vibration, breath and energetic bodywork, these practices work with the places where the body holds tension, emotion and unresolved experience. The work creates the conditions for deeply held patterns to soften, suppressed emotions to emerge and long-standing physical and emotional pain to begin to shift.
This work can reach beyond the purely physical, offering a pathway into patterns of pain and emotional holding that may have remained inaccessible through conventional approaches alone. For some, this can bring profound moments of emotional release, including the surfacing of emotions or memories that have remained buried for years, and changes in patterns of discomfort that have resisted other approaches.
This is more than relaxation. It is an invitation to work beneath the surface - to meet what the body has been holding, allow what is ready to move, and create space for a deeper sense of freedom, integration and reconnection.

Treatments
Tok Sen
Tok Sen is a traditional Thai bodywork technique using specially crafted wooden instruments to rhythmically tap (Tok) along areas of muscular tension and traditional energy pathways (Sen).
The vibration and rhythm of the tapping create a distinctive sensory experience, travelling through the tissues and structures of the body. Tok Sen offers a unique way to experience how sensation can travel through connected areas of the body, while bringing awareness to areas of tension, restriction and flow.
Tok Sen is performed fully clothed and does not require oils or direct skin contact, although can be combined with other available techniques.
Many people describe the treatment as deeply grounding and meditative. For me, there is also something beautifully ancient about the experience — the rhythm, vibration and resonance of the wooden instruments can create a profound sense of connection with the body.

Chi Nei Tsang
Chi Nei Tsang is an ancient Taoist abdominal bodywork practice that works with the abdomen, internal organs and surrounding tissues through focused, mindful touch.
The abdomen is often described as the body’s “second brain” — a place where physical tension, blocked energy and unprocessed emotions can accumulate over time. Through gentle yet deep work, Chi Nei Tsang helps release deep-seated somatic holding, stagnant energy and stored emotional patterns, supporting both detoxification and a greater sense of ease throughout the whole system.
This work can help alleviate chronic tension and pain, support the body’s natural healing processes, strengthen the immune system, and create space for emotional release and clearer energy flow. Many people experience it as a profound way to reconnect with the centre of the body, slow down, and feel more grounded and integrated.
A two-hour session generally includes a 15-minute consultation, 90 minutes of Chi Nei Tsang abdominal work, a copper grounding plate throughout (earthing), a heated herbal ball compress using a selection of native herbs to soothe the belly, and 15 minutes of post-treatment integration.
Intuitive Massage
My full-body sessions draw from a range of traditional and contemporary bodywork approaches, adapted intuitively to the individual and what is presenting in the body on the day.
Depending on what you need, a session may incorporate elements of oil massage, traditional Thai massage, Tok Sen, herbal ball compress, Chi Nei Tsang, gua sha, lymphatic-style techniques, Reiki and deeper tissue work.
The intention is to create space for you to slow down, become more aware of your body and explore areas of tension, restriction and sensation through a combination of touch, pressure, movement and vibration.
These treatments offer an opportunity to receive, to notice what you feel in your own body, and to explore the interconnectedness of the pathways and structures within from the inside out.
